Loved our stay in this absolutely great hotel with the excellent staff. Booked a room in cabinets. Location: the property was very close to nearby restaurants as well as shops and restaurants. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. The location was good and cozy, with Potbelly Sandwich Shop nearby, where we could eat. The service was great, totally satisfied. Had a very very good time.

Clean hotel with convenient pet amenities.

Had a pretty good stay, the room was spacious and clean, definitely enjoyed the nice breakfast spread, but I had some loud disturbances at night.

We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions, easy for us to explore the area. The spacious rooms were a hit with my kids, allowing them enough space to play and relax after a day out.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

I was enchanted by the good outdoor swimming pool, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring! The heated pool was such a treat, especially during those cooler evenings, great for a cozy swim while gazing up at the stars. Plus, the convenience of BBQ facilities made it so easy to host a fun dinner with friends!

The cleanliness here stood out right away. The hotel felt very well-maintained. Enjoyed the pet-friendly aspect, with a designated area for pets to relieve themselves, complete with bags and bins. I found the shopping and dining options nearby to be very convenient, saving travel time. The couch in the room, however, could use a good clean. It didn't look presentable. There was a leak from the refrigerator that I had to manage myself, quite a hassle. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't meet expectations. One luggage cart had a flat tire, and the other was out of order. I felt disappointed that they didn't have my booked king room available and provided a room with two queens instead. Lastly, the sheet I ended up using had a visible stain, which wasn't pleasant at all .

The location of this place is perfect, being close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need.
